It's just one drink....
It's just one friend who isn't a believer....
It's just one missed Sunday because of soccer....
It's just one forgotten tithe....
It's just one less outreach event....
It's just one month of not meeting together as the body of Christ....
It's just one pro-abortion vote....
It's just one date with an unbeliever....
It's just one rated R movie....
It's just one church children's event cancelled....
It's just one job under the table....
It's just one white lie to get my point across....
It's just one visit to a church with false doctrine....
It's just one dirty joke....
It's just one lotto ticket....
It's just one cuss word in my script....
It's just one "prayer request" of gossip....
It's just one bad magazine....
It's just one questionable outfit....
It's just one inappropriate video game....
It's just one....
Compromise. It comes oh so subtly and destroys so tragically. And just before you write me off as legalistic, nobody ever sets out to end up in ruin. It begins with one small compromise. Life is full of choices, and each choice has a consequence. Too much is at stake to make one poor decision.
